Adda: Great Frankenstein/Sci-Fi story based in the 1980s.

Bdub: No gruesome basketball-to-head death, though.

Adda: Somehow I feel as if this is a reflection of my passage to adulthood.

Bdub: I did not get the happies from this book.

Girl on the Train by Paula Watkins

Adda: I enjoyed the fact that the main character was in no way a hero and had many realistic issues.

Bdub: I gotta take my girlfriends to the movie.

Before I Go to Sleep by S. J. Watson

Adda: A great mystery and drama combo.

Bdub: Trust no one.

Adda: A drama you'd see on the O network.

Bdub: Or possibly Lifetime.
